They went above and beyond what I would have expected any other typical realtor todo, literally doing everything from A to Z for me. Marina did a great job helping us appropriately price the house to attract buyers, then she used her selling expertise to get far more than we were asking and had the house sold in a matter of days. Amazing! Again since I was traveling constantly from out of state, Marina handled getting all the inspections completed, house repairs, panting the entire house, tenting the house for termites, and as well did a terrific job holding an estate sale to get rid of items we were not taking with us. She also had the house cleaned and staged for the sale. They even were very helpful with coordinating with the moving company when that time came. I did not have to worry about handling a single thing, they thought of everything and as well they had it all taken care of.
